I know I have been MIA (missing in action)! But I came across this quote on Pinterest and it was this: 

I love this quote. It's so simple but yet it says so much I strive to be kind and to laugh often! Laughter is like a medicine that we all need! So lets choose kindness and not hatred. And laugh as much as you can!

Travel Tuesday: Madrid.

Hello! I am here sharing my first Travel Tuesday post! Today I'm sharing some pictures from when I went to Madrid this past August. We were in Portugal visiting family and we were supposed to go to Paris, but my step mom decided that we should go to Madrid. And so we went. We were about half way through our trip and you can imagine I was getting a little homesick! I can't be away no longer than 3 weeks! Also to add to the misery I was the only teenager! Besides that I enjoyed visiting this city as much I prefer the country, it was fun exploring a whole new culture. We tried every popular dish in Spain and walked almost everywhere! We were there for 3 days and we missed our first flight! That's what we get for having very talkative Portuguese family members! Also we got lost looking for our hotel, but all was good after we found it and started exploring. So I hope you enjoy these photos and I highly recommend putting this city on your list of places to see!

This past weekend has been so busy!
